I am way behind on my blogs but that’s okay I will catch up. These two weeks are very powerful. The fact is every week is very powerful. These two weeks are about staying committed and moving forward toward your ultimate goal.
First after going through 16 weeks it can be a little easy to back off because maybe you don’t think you are seeing enough results or just get complacent. This however is the time to dig in and focus. You are at a crossroads and you need to focus on the person you want to become. With all the work that has been already been put in continue on.
We started looking for virtues with an extra focus on kindness. Looking for kindness everyday proved to be a great way to boost my mood everyday. Finding kindness became easier to due at the week went on. It was a great way to spend the week and we continue to look for kindness every week now.
Focusing on kindness every day helped me become a better observer. Becoming a better observer is key to improvement and progress. The better observer you become the more easily you can change you life. If you are blind to what you are doing how can you change it. Through all these weeks being an observer is a key element. If I am feeding my subconscious negative thoughts all the time giving me negative results in my life. If I am unable to observe my thoughts how can I expect to change them. After the weeks spent in this program I am a much better observer than I was before. In fact I probably did not observe my thoughts at all before. The key is to keep getting better and focus learn to focus your observations to the correct areas of your life.
What am I focusing on? The person I want to become. On giving myself permission to be powerful and happy. To release my self consciousness. Work on finding my authentic self. Remember I am not my history. If I am unable to let go of the past I will not be able to move forward. My focus is to let go of my past failures, heartbreaks and errors because they cannot be fixed. So let them go and build a better life. That does not seem like a long list and there are more but there are some big ones here. Get them one or two at a time and the next ones that come up will be easier.
I’m not perfect and that’s okay. But if I stay focused and committed to the progress I will get where I want to be. I have seen improvements already but I want more. I want it all and I will have it.
